## About the Role

* One year experience or more in office administrations, including word processing, Excel and computer data entry required.
 * High School diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent.
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 proficiency, preferred.

 * Previous experience in purchasing department.
 * Forklift experience

## Description

* Maintaining shop work tickets, schedule equipment PM's, maintaining parts inventories and equipment repair logs.
 * Administration of Maintenance Platform (i.e. MaintainX).
 * Outage planning.
 * Ordering and maintaining of all parts inventories.
 * Assign invoices to cost centers and maintaining records of purchases
 * Participates and contributes to company safety program.
 * Maintaining the check list for critical machines
 * Performs other related duties as assigned.
 * Other duties as assigned

.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
