## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or technical support environment
 * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, wireless)
 * Practical experience with HP & Cisco switch CLI
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to customers
 * Excellent problem-solving abilities
 * Spanish language skills are a plus

## Description

* Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point, resolving advanced and complex network issues
 * Provide guidance and support to the Tier 1 support team
 * Configure and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, VPNs, and routing protocols
 * Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve security
 * Deploy and test new networking equipment and solutions
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity
 * Work onsite full-time in our Walpole office (this is not a remote position)
