## Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for structuring, exploring, and analyzing data to support business decision-making across multiple functions. This role is a part of the Integrated Supply Chain team and partners closely with business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical outputs, including curated datasets, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. The Data Analyst ensures data accuracy, usability, and clarity, enabling stakeholders to derive actionable insights from data.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

 * Structure, clean, and prepare datasets from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
 * Perform data exploration and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
 * Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
 * Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings
 * Validate data accuracy and consistency across reports and analytical outputs
 * Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytical methodologies
 * Collaborate with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to improve data availability and reliability
 * Support ad hoc analytical requests and deep-dive analyses as needed

 * Supports operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making
 * Exercises judgment in selecting analytical methods and structuring datasets
