Desired Skills : * Tableau or Power BI experience. * IBM SPSS or comparable statistical tools. * Forecasting, segmentation, performance metrics, or dashboard development. * Automated/repeatable data-analysis workflows. * Understanding of AI/ML concepts and large-language-model technologies. * Experience with financial, operational, logistics, aviation, or programmatic data. * Rubix or comparable enterprise analytics platform experience. * Army/DoW analytical experience. ## Description PeopleTec is seeking a Junior Analytics Engineer to support the TAPO H47 ER Analytics effort. The candidate will support preparation, validation, transformation, visualization, and analysis of data used to deliver actionable analytical products. The role works with analysts, engineers, software developers, and operational SMEs to prepare datasets, conduct analysis, develop visualizations, validate data quality, and integrate analytical results into Rubix and related reporting capabilities.
