Preferred Qualifications· Experience with Visual Factory or similar MES platforms in manufacturing environments. · Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools. · Experience troubleshooting Crystal Reports. · Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation or development of internal manufacturing tools. · Interest in manufacturing automation and digitalization initiatives. This role serves as the primary link between manufacturing processes, engineering changes, and operational systems, ensuring accurate production data, reliable system performance, and effective visibility for production teams. The position works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and IT to maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), support engineering changes, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous improvement through digitalization and data-driven solutions., * Maintain and update digital work instructions within the MES system. * Coordinate work instruction changes through required approval processes. * Ensure work instructions accurately reflect current production processes and engineering documentation. * Conduct weld design reviews, including joint design, heat input control, material compatibility, and distortion mitigation.
