* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine IT-nahe Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
 * Führungsstärke mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen basierend auf überzeugender Kommunikation und ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz (mind. 3 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung)
 * Gutes technisches und/oder vertriebliches Verständnis im Microsoft-365-, Cloud- und Infrastruktur-Umfeld sowie in Datacenter-nahen Bereichen
 * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken sowie strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
 * Professionelles und souveränes Auftreten inkl. Moderationsfähigkeit
 * Starke Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

In dieser Schlüsselrolle führst du eines unserer Consulting-Teams und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung moderner Cloud-, Collaboration- und IT-Infrastruktur-Lösungen. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für eine hohe Servicequalität, erfolgreiche Projekte und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Leistungen.Aufgaben

 * Konzeptionelle und operative Gesamtverantwortung für dein Team (Recruiting, Presales, Delivery, Profit Center, Business Development)
 * Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Business Development Management, Customer Sucess Management, Bid Management und Service Management zwecks Gewinn und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams (ca. 10-20 Mitarbeitende sowie ggf. externe Kräfte)
 * Individuelle Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
 * Budgetverantwortung und wirtschaftliche Steuerung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Business Development (New Logo), Up- & Cross-Sell (Bestandskunden)
