## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit einem einschlägigen technischen Schwerpunkt oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im PKI-Umfeld, insbesondere mit öffentlich vertrauenswürdigen CAs
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Design und Betrieb von CA-Hierarchien, Zertifikatsprofilen und kryptographischen Verfahren
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Regularien wie RFC 5280, CA/B Forum Requirements, ETSI, eIDAS sowie Root-Programm-Anforderungen
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von CP/CPS-Dokumentationen
 * Souveräne Kommunikation mit Auditor:innen, Kunden und Fachgremien sowie sichere Präsentations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise inklusive Erfahrung im CA-Incident-Handling

## Description

* Konzeption, Planung und Weiterentwicklung von CA-Hierarchien, Zertifikatsprofilen und kryptographischen Algorithmen gemäß relevanter Standards und regulatorischer Anforderungen
 * Verantwortung für das Certificate Lifecycle Management inklusive Planung und Durchführung von Root- und Issuing-CA Key Ceremonies
 * Erstellung und Pflege von CP/CPS-Dokumentationen sowie weiterer policy-relevanter Artefakte
 * Begleitung externer Audits, Pflege von CCADB-Einträgen und Abstimmung mit internationalen Root-Programmen
 * Mitarbeit in relevanten Fachgremien und Communities sowie Überführung regulatorischer Änderungen in interne Roadmaps
 * Fachliche Steuerung von PKI-Spezialist:innen und externen Dienstleistern sowie Anforderungsmanagement mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Zertifikatsprodukten, Aufbau von KPIs/SLA-Reports sowie Mitwirkung im CA-Incident-Handling inklusive Root-Cause-Analysen
