## About the Role

* Wünschenswert ist eine erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Tätigkeit (bspw. durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeit) sowie innerhalb des Projektmanagements
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Fuhrpark, Instandhaltung, Automotiv oder Logistik sind wünschenswert
 * Methodenkompetenz und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kommunikations- und Informationstechniken, wie z. B. MS Office, SAP, Jira von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Du unterstützt das Team Business IT Fuhrpark in zwei zentralen Digitalisierungs- und IT-Transformationsprojekten (Smart Fleet 4.0 und S/4 KAP LOG)
 * Du begleitest alltägliche Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Prozessoptimierung, Kommunikations- und Changemanagement.
 * Du unterstützt das Team im Projektmanagement,z.B. Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Projektmeetings, Pflege von Projektplänen und Ticketlisten etc.
 * Du erstellst und pflegst Projektunterlagen (Präsentationen, Status-Reports, Entscheidungs- und Prozessdokumentationen)
 * Du testest neue IT-Funktionen und unterstützt beim Testmanagement (Testfälle vorbereiten, Testergebnisse dokumentieren, Rückmeldungen an Fachbereiche und IT)

Was du mitbringst

 * Wenn du Masterstudent:in bist : Du bist in Vollzeit an einer Hochschule, Universität oder anerkannter Fachhochschule eingeschrieben und studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digitalisierung oder ähnlich und hast außerdem dein Bachelorstudium mit mindestens der Note 2,0 in einer der genannten Fachrichtungen abgeschlossen

 * Wenn du Bachelorstudent:in bist: Du bist in Vollzeit an einer Hochschule, Universität oder anerkannter Fachhochschule eingeschrieben und studierst mindestens im dritten Semester Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digitalisierung oder ähnlich
