## Description

* Minimum 8+ years of experience in Mainframe development and Production Support projects.

 * Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.

 * Provide L1/L2 production support for Mainframe applications.

 * Monitor batch jobs and resolve job abends, failures, and application issues within SLA timelines.

 * Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities.

 * Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and scheduling tools.

 * Coordinate with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional support teams for issue resolution.

 * Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and bridge calls for critical production outages.

 * Execute emergency fixes, production deployments, and validation activities.

 * Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.

 * Prepare technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge management artifacts.

 * Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

 * Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations as required.
