## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
 * Minimum of 10 years' experience designing or managing the development of digital and mixed-signal products with embedded software.
 * At least 5 years' experience managing and leading engineering teams.
 * Proven track record managing product development in regulated industries and manufacturing environments.
 * Proficiency with design, ERP, and project management tools, as well as Microsoft Office.
 * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Knowledge of aerospace, military, or commercial standards such as RTCA DO-160.
 * Familiarity with software standards like RTCA DO-178.
 * Experience managing projects within technically diverse, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in relevant technical fields.
 * Over 10 years in digital/mixed-signal product design or management.
 * Previous experience managing teams and projects in a highly regulated environment.

Other Requirements:

 * Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer and regulatory interactions.
 * Ability to interact effectively with FAA and other regulatory bodies.
 * Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in aerospace engineering.
