You will support digital modernization and improve how the Army automates processes, generates insights, and makes data-driven decisions. You will design and build O365 solutions, conduct verification and validation testing, deliver updates and enhancements, and manage a ticketing system to resolve user issues efficiently and keep applications mission-ready., As a customer-facing senior O365 Integration Specialist, you will serve as the Directorate's primary technical advisor for client-facing data modernization. Operating at the intersection of business analysis, data modeling, and low-code engineering, this role is responsible for migrating legacy, unstructured client workflows such as email-based trackers and disconnected spreadsheets into governed, standardized Microsoft 365 environments.
