On the Cloud Engineering team reporting to the Senior Manager Cloud Platforms, you will support projects including projects for Hilton's Data Science, Distribution, and Call Center teams\. What you'll do during a typical day: + Be the lead technical expert on a team of Cloud AI Platform Engineers\. + Communicate with team members and keep project delivery on target\. + Identify opportunities for AI, ML and data infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code, improvements in configuration management, monitoring, alerting, and create solutions for complex cloud infrastructure challenges\. How you'll collaborate with others: + Support Hilton's Cloud AI and ML platforms including LLM application development, prompt engineering, data engineering, LLM safeguards, testing, and go\-to\-market strategies\. + Support the Hilton Hybrid Cloud environment, including escalation support for operations and support teams, participate in on\-call rotations, and work alongside other engineering teams to ensure adherence to Hilton standards and processes\. + Understand Hilton's security policies and provide detailed guidance on vulnerability management to the cloud estate\.
