## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead external lighting design work, ensuring build-ready, compliant packages are delivered on schedule to support reliable construction outcomes. You act as the quality gate for design releases and coordinate across design firms, contracting, and field learnings to minimize rework. You provide technical guidance to contract designers and manage capacity, quality, and schedule risks. You partner with the Design Oversight Manager to resolve standards interpretations and escalate issues when needed. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering safe, efficient distribution lighting projects.
