## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in a release engineering, DevOps, or build engineering role
 * Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
 * Solid understanding of Git workflows - branching models, tagging, cherry-pick strategies, and conflict resolution
 * Familiarity with containerization and o
 * rchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar
 * Strong communication skills
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous release trains

Nice to have Skills:

 * Experience with cloud-native deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
 * Knowledge in the insurance industry, especially P&C

## Description

* Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines (BitBucket, TeamCity, etc.) to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
 * Manage release branching strategies, merge schedules, and versioning conventions across multiple teams and repositories
 * Coordinate release planning and scheduling with engineering, QA, and product stakeholders
 * Own the release runbook process - documenting deployment steps and rollback procedures
 * Monitor deployments and drive post-release validation; lead root cause analysis for release failures
 * Collaborate with platform/DevOps teams to maintain environment parity between dev, staging, and production
 * Drive continuous improvement in release frequency, lead time, and deployment success rate
