## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related discipline.
 * 2+ years of Citrix administration experience
 * Understanding of the components that make up a computing network, e.g. DNS, ADFS, etc.
 * Understanding of the protocols that are used to interact between infrastructure components, e.g. TCP/IP, LDAP, etc.
 * Server virtualization experience.
 * Strong problem solving, communication, interpersonal and decision making skills and customer focus.
 * Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment.

## Description

* Provide day to day support for the virtual desktop and application hosting environment, including a shared 24x7 on-call rotation.
 * Responsible for project work, product upgrades, and development and maintenance of virtual desktop and application standards and procedures.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other issues as they occur.
 * Collaborate with business partners in solution design.
 * Proactively monitor the virtual desktop and application hosting environment.
 * Provide assistance to application support teams' initiatives that includes design, build, and maintenance, connectivity and performance troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and more.
