CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, or similar certifications preferred. Physical Requirements: * Work is performed in office environments, server rooms, and active operations facilities * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. ## Description We provide sustainable, accessible, and high-performing transit solutions. The IT Manager reports directly to the Regional Director of Information Technology and serves as the primary leader for local infrastructure, end-user support operations, system reliability, and technology initiative execution. This role bridges daily site operations, enterprise network management, and corporate IT strategy by maintaining secure systems, managing local IT assets, overseeing vendor services, and executing technology projects.
