Other relevant Salesforce certifications. ## Description Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing Salesforce projects while ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also leverage your Scrum Master experience to guide and empower project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Member 360 implementation across Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, Epic, Sabre and Marketing Cloud . Manage project governance, steering committees, executive reporting, RAID logs and milestone tracking. Coordinate Identity Resolution, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship and Integration workstreams. Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and release planning. Facilitate workshops with business, architecture, data, and technology stakeholders. Manage vendor, resource, budget, risk and dependency tracking. Ensure successful onboarding of Salesforce Data Cloud, unified customer profiles, householding and preference management. Drive business readiness, UAT, training, change management and production deployments.
