Education * Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related STEM field (or equivalent practical experience) . ## Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical design, modernization, and execution of our core Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Billing platforms. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor transitioning legacy architectures into modern, distributed cloud microservices, real-time messaging pipelines, and high-throughput data/API integrations. Your work will span our complete billing ecosystem, encompassing both claims processing (EDI 837 submissions, 835 payment posting, etc.) and invoicing systems (patient/provider statements, fee schedules, and billing reconciliation engines). Operating with minimal supervision, you will build and architect solutions leveraging Azure SQL Managed Instance , Postgres , Snowflake , Kafka , Azure Service Bus (ASB) , Azure Data Factory (ADF) , Terraform , Kargo/Argo , and New Relic .
