## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering also considered with strong electrical background).
 + Technical Literacy with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
 + Proficiency with electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools; oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc
 + Ability to troubleshoot and isolate hardware failures
 + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Additional Skills of Interests
 + Knowledge of Problem-Solving Frameworks and RCCA efforts
 + Knowledge of programming structures and algorithms
 + Experience with LabVIEW or Python is advantageous

## Description

Our team in Space & Defense is looking for a Test Engineer to join them. You will report to the Test Development Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, Virginia., * Develop written test and inspection procedures from customer specifications and drawing packages

 * Collaborate with engineering teams to validate test methods and verify accuracy of test instructions
 * Support production personnel to resolve technical issues during manufacturing, isolate cause of test failures, and provide feedback on proposed solutions
 * Perform test equipment gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GRR)
 * Monitor test equipment performance; support root cause and corrective action (RCCA) of test anomalies
