Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older ## Description This position will implement, maintain and drive enhancements to the organization's CRM platform . This position is also r esponsible for managing tool releases/enhancements, handling user support , training requests, designing reports and dashboards, and providing cross-functional project support. This position is responsible for ensuring that the CRM instance follows best practices, takes advantage of advances in technology and is governed appropriately on a day-to-day basis. * Collaborate in requirements gathering and support Agile project methodology. Partner cross-functionality to identify system and process improvements including requirements gathering and planning future phase implementation * Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to Salesforce and supporting applications (managed packages) * Optimize the use of Salesforce by examining current practices, identifying gaps and helping close any gaps that exist. Manage Salesforce quarterly releases. Maintain the integrity of security model by understanding overall system design, and proposing solutions accordingly . * Partner with multiple teams to implement change in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for working with Sales Enablement to communicate new processes, technology, and assist with training. * Manage Salesforce and supporting applications (managed packages) issues and serve as the technical authority for team members throughout issue resolution.
