## Description

At Netenders, we are looking for a Ruby Developer Tech Lead to take charge and guide a team of Ruby Developers in the creation and maintenance of top-tier applications., * Lead a team of Ruby on Rails/React/Native app developers, providing technical guidance and support.

 * Collaborate with other departments to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
 * Identify and resolve technical issues and complex challenges.
 * Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with best practices.
 * Mentor and train team members in efficient software development and programming practices.
 * Participate in technical and strategic decision-making related to development projects.
 * Architect, develop, and maintain complex Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
