As the Asset Data Integration & Intelligence Leader, you will play a critical role in advancing plant performance through digital manufacturing technologies, real-time analytics, and asset intelligence solutions. This role partners closely with plant operations, reliability, quality, EHS, engineering, and corporate manufacturing teams to develop digital asset twins, integrate machine and process data, and deliver actionable insights that improve equipment reliability, process performance, and business results. You will leverage the AVEVA PI System, industrial control systems, and data visualization tools to help drive Hershey's digital manufacturing journey in the Sweetest Place on Earth.
