The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping projects organized, ensuring action items are completed, maintaining accurate project documentation, and providing timely reporting to project leadership. Strong Microsoft Excel, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role., * Project coordination, PMO support, or project management experience. * Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. Skills * Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. * Strong stakeholder communication and follow-through skills. * Excellent organization, prioritization, documentation, and multitasking abilities. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience * 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project management. * Experience preparing management or executive-level reports is highly desirable. * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project is preferred. * Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is preferred.
