U.S. citizenship or U.S. national status required. - This role is hybrid, allowing for remote work, but requires the ability to work onsite at one of the following locations in Northern Virginia: Springfield, Herndon, or Ashburn. - Experience supporting enterprise server and operating system environments (Windows, Linux/Unix). - Hands-on experience with system administration, provisioning, and patch management. - Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper V, VMware) and VM lifecycle management. - Experience supporting incident response, troubleshooting, and system restoration activities. - Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and system performance management. - Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. - Ability to follow standard operating procedures and technical documentation. - Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional IT teams. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, system administration, or infrastructure support within enterprise environments.
