## About the Role

* 3+ years of HVAC technical experience
 * Strong knowledge of split systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration principles
 * Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
 * Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
 * Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
 * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
 * Experience supporting HVAC contractors, distributors, or technical customers is highly valued

## Description

A growing and well-established HVAC distribution company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join its team. This office-based role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys the technical side of the industry and wants to leverage their expertise in a support-focused environment.

This is not a field technician role and not a sales position. Instead, you'll serve as a trusted technical resource, helping contractors and technicians diagnose equipment issues and determine the best path forward.
What You'll Be Doing
Technical Troubleshooting

 * Provide HVAC troubleshooting support via phone and ticketing systems
 * Assist contractors and technicians with residential and light commercial equipment diagnostics
 * Analyze system performance, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration circuits
 * Interpret voltage, amperage, pressure readings, and operational data
 * Identify whether issues are related to installation, operation, or component failure
 * Provide accurate and timely technical guidance

Documentation & Case Management

 * Document diagnostic findings and technical recommendations
 * Maintain organized and detailed case records
 * Ensure claims and warranty cases meet internal technical standards
 * Track cases through resolution while maintaining a high level of customer support
