ServiceNow developer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk. ## Description 3. This role combines ServiceNow platform engineering, AI solution design, workflow automation, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and intelligent employee experiences using Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Generative AI, and platform-native automation. 4. Configure and customize AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance and compliance activities. 5. Build conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent. 6. Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows to support IRM processes. 7. Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. 8. Follow coding standards, platform best practices, and ensure maintainability of configurations. 9. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications. 10. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations. 11. Strong understanding of IRM/GRC processes (policy lifecycle, control testing, risk assessments, audit workflows, vendor risk assessments). 12. ServiceNow certifications preferred: a. Certified System Administrator (CSA) b. Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance Roles & Responsibilities 1. Build and configure ServiceNow IRM applications such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk. 2. Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows to support IRM processes. 3. Implement integrations with external systems (e.g., ITSM, Security Operations, third-party GRC tools). 4. Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics indicators for compliance and risk monitoring. 5. Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. 6.
