* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
 * Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau or similar).
 * Very good understanding of digital data analytics.

 * Fluent proficiency in English.

## Description

* Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
 * Continuously testing and rotating creatives.
 * Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.
 * Conducting experiments to refine strategies and creative approaches.
 * Contributing data-driven insights to the creative development process.
 * Managing tracking, reporting and automation of campaign performance.
 * Presenting actionable insights and performance results to key stakeholders.
