This role supports high-profile users and requires exceptional troubleshooting skills, discretion, and a concierge-level service mindset.

Requirements:

 * Deep experience with Databricks, Palo Alto, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
 * Expert support across Apple & Microsoft devices
 * Strong problem-solving and technical handyman capabilities
 * Executive/whiteglove support background
 * Excellent communication skills required.
 * BA degree required.
