The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, enterprise integrations, Databricks, and SnapLogic, along with solid knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. The role will focus heavily on building and maintaining integrations, data pipelines, platform extensions, and data-driven solutions across Gainsight NXT and the broader enterprise technology landscape., Software Development & Integration * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software solutions supporting Customer Success platforms. * Develop scalable backend and integration solutions using C#. * Build and maintain integrations between Gainsight NXT, CRM platforms, enterprise applications, and data platforms. * Develop REST APIs, services, and integration components. * Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and application performance problems. * Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities. SnapLogic / Middleware * Design and develop enterprise integrations using SnapLogic or comparable iPaaS/middleware platforms. * Build and maintain integration pipelines between CRM, Customer Success, data, and enterprise systems. * Develop reusable integration patterns and components. * Monitor and troubleshoot middleware workflows and data movement. * Work with APIs, data transformations, authentication, and error handling. Databricks & Data Engineering * Develop and support data pipelines using Databricks. * Work with distributed data processing and analytics environments. * Integrate Databricks data platforms with enterprise applications and Customer Success platforms. * Develop SQL/Python-based data transformations and data processing workflows. * Support data quality, validation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Gainsight NXT * Develop integrations and platform extensions supporting Gainsight NXT. * Work with Gainsight data models, APIs, workflows, and configuration where applicable. * Support integration of Customer Success data with CRM and enterprise data platforms. * Collaborate with Customer Success teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
