## About the Role

* You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)

 * You have at least 10 years of experience across platform engineering, cloud architecture, and/or technology adoption and enablement, including leading enterprise-scale adoption of technical products or platforms

 * You have proven experience driving adoption of complex technical products-engaging customers early, understanding their pain points, reducing friction, and growing usage while upholding standards

 * You have extensive experience delivering outcomes through influence rather than hands-on build work-guiding, coaching, and enabling the teams you support to implement solutions themselves

 * You have a strong architecture, engineering, and software-development background with broad cloud fluency (e.g., AWS, Azure), infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and container/Kubernetes ecosystems-enough depth to solution credibly and set standards; SRE experience is a plus

 * You are a creative problem-solver who devises pragmatic workarounds and interim solutions to unblock customers while respecting architecture, security, and operational best practices

 * You have proven experience leading cross-functional or virtual teams-and leading managed service partner resources-setting direction, delivery expectations, and governance routines while keeping work aligned to enterprise standards

 * You are an expert communicator and product owner with exceptional planning, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills, including engaging IT executive audiences, and experience with Agile/SAFe ways of working
