## Description

Tier-1 support org seeking *Databricks Platform Engineer* as primary engineering support for enterprise customers. Troubleshoot, isolate & resolve issues before escalating to Tier-2 / Databricks Support. Customer-facing + technical troubleshooting role.

*Daily Responsibilities:*

 - Primary technical POC for customer-reported platform/app issues
 - Engage with customers to understand business impact
 - Troubleshoot infra, app & platform issues via RCA
 - Investigate logs, error messages, monitoring tools
 - Resolve Tier-1 incidents independently
 - Escalate complex issues to Tier-2 / Databricks Support with detailed docs
 - Document RCA & resolution in incident management system
 - Track cases, maintain customer communication
 - Collaborate with eng, ops, product teams
 - Identify trends & recommend process improvements
