## Description

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead architectural design and provide strategic direction for platform engineering initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems aligned with business goals., * Create complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design principles

 * Provide architectural direction for current and future state platform engineering efforts
 * Advise cross-functional teams on technology selection and improvements to existing systems
 * Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others
 * Serve as a subject matter expert within the function
 * Contribute to development of technical methods aligned with modern engineering practices
 * Build reusable frameworks to improve development velocity and quality
 * Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
 * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
 * Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a respectful work culture
