* 7 or more years of experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter management in enterprise environments.
 * Proficiency in VMware NSX-T networking, micro-segmentation, and vSAN storage architecture.
 * Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and the Aria Suite for infrastructure orchestration.
 * Experience in PowerShell and PowerCLI scripting for virtualization environment automation.
 * Experience with VMware Lifecycle Manager for enterprise patching, upgrades, and compliance.
 * Experience in enterprise compute, storage fabric, and high-performance network architectures.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Design and implement high-availability VMware clusters and core virtualization infrastructure.
 * Architect and maintain software-defined networking and security components using NSX-T.
 * Automate infrastructure workflows via vRealize Automation, Orchestrator, and PowerCLI scripts.
 * Optimize vSAN storage performance, policy design, and global capacity planning.
 * Manage environment lifecycle operations including hardware hardening and security auditing.
 * Develop architectural documentation, disaster recovery runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
 * Monitor global system performance and perform root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
