Responsibilities include site planning, physical facility and equipment security, environmental controls, and the coordination of new construction, renovations, and equipment installations. Supervision is exercised over support staff, vendors, and contractors. Work is performed under limited supervision, with considerable independent judgment and responsibility for maintaining the security, reliability, and operational readiness of the facility.
