## About the Role

Angular 16+ is mandatory

 * Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
 * Solid full stack knowledge with API-first and headless architecture design
 * Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines and event-driven systems
 * Experience building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs
 * Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) with CI/CD pipelines
 * Leadership experience guiding teams and owning technical outcomes

## Description

The client is seeking a Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong backend expertise in designing and deliver scalable, modern applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and remain hands-on in building robust backend systems, workflow orchestration, and headless architecture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead design and development of backend-heavy full stack applications

 * Architect and implement workflow orchestration solutions (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, Step Functions)
 * Build and manage headless architectures using APIs and microservices
 * Develop scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns
 * Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
 * Enforce best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and performance
 * Participate in architecture reviews, production support, and technical decision-making
