Perform assigned duties as listed in RACI model(s) under general supervision from manager. Collaborate with peers and manager on operational tasks, system enhancements and project activities. * Support enterprise Cisco network infrastructure, including routing and switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, network monitoring, branch/ATM connectivity, and network operations. * Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot network systems and related infrastructure. * Develop and maintain configuration standards and operating procedures. * Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades. * Monitor network health, availability, alerts, logs, performance, capacity, and system integrity; provide KPI and metrics reporting as needed. * Respond to incidents, problems, service requests, and escalations; monitor ITSM queues and prioritize resolution appropriately. * Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents. * Act as an escalation point for complex network issues. * Develop and maintain configuration standards, operating procedures, documentation, runbooks, and process improvements. * Conduct after-hours maintenance. * Coordinate with team members, vendors, engineering teams, and service stakeholders for support, upgrades, maintenance, and project work. * Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. * Provide assistance for support cases escalated by Network Administrators I & II * Conduct after-hours maintenance, participate in the on-call rotation supporting the production environment 24x7x365, and travel to remote office and ATM locations up to 50% of the time. Additional Job Functions * Performs other duties as assigned * Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
