## About the Role

* Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
 * Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, service delivery, project coordination, or technical customer support

Key Competencies

 * Working knowledge of VoIP, LAN/WAN network switching/routing equipment (Adtran, Cisco Meraki), and CPE troubleshooting
 * Independent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting across multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects
 * Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills, including advanced technical discovery discussions

## Description

Network Services Coordinator is an advanced professional responsible for leading the delivery of complex, multisite, and multiproduct managed service deployments. This position serves as a senior operational authority within the Managed Services team, providing elevated technical interpretation, project leadership, and customer engagement throughout the full lifecycle of service delivery.

The Network Services Coordinator independently manages highvisibility customer deployments, interprets advanced engineering documentation, and drives crossfunctional teams to meet aggressive delivery timelines. This role exercises significant autonomy in decisionmaking, risk mitigation, and escalation management. Managed Services Coordinator II also contributes to process improvement initiatives and serves as a mentor for the team.
