## About the Role

* Experience with using Microsoft Office, including using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word to develop creative, client-ready products
 * Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment with the team to achieve consensus
 * Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project time-lines and continual client delivery
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

 * Experience with wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
 * Experience working with the Military
 * Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews

We're looking for someone like you to implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences., As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of AI solution architects, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and alongside subject matter experts, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and help develop user experience and user interface designs. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll work with your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll help deliver high business value products to the client and end-users. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.
