* 7+ years of successful business development / consultative sales / marketing services experience within marketing agencies or marketing departments with a strong track record of closing high-ticket enterprise contracts. Experience defining media strategies is a plus.
 * Established network of marketing within Tier-1 brands in Spain
 * Deep understanding of the modern marketing landscape and practical AI applications for business.
 * Exceptional pitch skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, ROI-driven business proposals for executive audiences.
 * Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in both Spanish and English (C1/C2 level required).
 * Proactive, enthusiast, and commercial drive, committed to delivering excellent business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
 * Experienced using CRM tools as a core part of daily work, ensuring accurate pipeline management and data integrity.

## Description

* Identify, map, and target Tier-1 enterprise accounts, developing a robust pipeline through outbound strategies, networking, and leveraging internal marketing & business development leads.
 * Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' business pain points, crafting tailored value propositions across Marketing
 * Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to pitch strategy, commercial negotiation, contract signature, and seamless handover to the Client Service team.
 * Orchestrate cross-functional proposal teams to build and deliver high-impact, winning RFP responses and executive pitches.
 * Lead a Growth team setting direction, coaching, and ensuring pipeline quality and commercial discipline.
 * Stay ahead of digital transformation trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings. Build strategic alignment with key platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce, Amazon among others).
 * Continuously improve business development approaches with an AI-first mindset, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and insight.
 * Ensure CRM data integrity, accurate reporting, and consistent pipeline management.
