We're looking for an experienced Inhouse Consultant BI & Analytics to join our Global IT BI & Analytics team in Madrid and help drive our data-driven transformation. This is not a pure IT development role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with business consulting skills, building trusted relationships with senior leaders across the business while delivering innovative analytics solutions. What You'll Be Doing As part of our global BI & Analytics team, you will work closely with business stakeholders across Sulzer to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive better decision-making. Key responsibilities include: + Partnering with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions + Designing, developing and enhancing enterprise BI applications using Qlik Sense + Delivering meaningful insights and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making + Working with Snowflake and modern data platforms to create trusted, scalable data solutions + Supporting Sulzer's "One Sulzer" harmonisation strategy through standardised reporting and analytics + Driving self-service analytics and data literacy across the organisation + Exploring and implementing emerging technologies including AI, Generative AI, Copilots and Agentic AI solutions + Building intelligent applications and data products that connect to Sulzer's modern data platform + Collaborating with Data Engineering teams to develop robust data models and scalable solutions + Acting as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders globally, This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, data, analytics and AI.
