## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
 * Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
 * Experience with automation systems and backend workflow orchestration.
 * Solid knowledge of databases (mainly Microsoft SQL, Transact-SQL).
 * Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
 * Understanding of scalable architectures, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
 * Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with microservices architectures.
 * Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
 * Experience in Linux environments and POSIX systems.
 * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

## Description

* Develop and maintain frontend code for a clean and optimized internal app in React (mandatory use of TypeScript).
 * Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and, mainly, Next.js (mandatory use of TypeScript).
 * Design and implement automation tools and workflows that streamline operations.
 * Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver features that drive business growth.
 * Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance at high loads.
 * Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
 * Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of our backend stack.
