You will bring ideas to life across different channels while keeping a close eye on brand guidelines, quality standards, and local market needs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work., Creative Leadership * Lead the conceptual and visual development of social media campaigns for a globally recognized automotive brand. * Partner with Content and Creative teams to generate innovative concepts and creative solutions for local and regional markets. * Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of craft, brand consistency, and visual excellence. * Review, direct, and approve design work produced by the team, providing clear and actionable feedback. * Maintain a strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, audience behaviors, and emerging creative opportunities. Project & Stakeholder Management * Oversee the visual side of social media calendars and campaign deliverables across multiple markets. * Balance multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align creative solutions with business objectives and market needs. * Present creative concepts, design rationale, and final work to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence. * Support resource planning, workload management, and project prioritization within the design team.
