Your basic qualifications * 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment * Strong experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles where integrations played a key role in the technical win * Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSO concepts * Strong knowledge of modern integration patterns: sync vs. event-driven, batch vs. real-time, polling vs. webhooks * Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as: + ERP & Accounting: SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks + Expense Management: Spendesk, Pleo, SAP Concur, Brex, Ramp + HRIS: Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, SuccessFactors + IAM & SSO: Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Google Workspace * Comfortable reading and writing code in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python to build demos, scripts, and prototypes * Ability to design and explain integration architecture diagrams clearly * Strong consultative-selling mindset and excellent discovery skills * Experience working alongside Account Executives in quota-driven or technical-win-rate environments * Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills, including experience with CIOs, IT Directors, and Finance leaders.
