The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, administration, integration, and continuous improvement of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), while working closely with technology and business stakeholders., * Build and maintain workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and application integrations. * Develop and support connectors for enterprise applications. * Manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows. * Perform platform upgrades, maintenance, and environment migrations. Identity Governance & Operations * Support the day-to-day operation of the SailPoint platform. * Monitor and troubleshoot identity aggregation, provisioning, and certification processes. * Maintain platform documentation and operational procedures. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure platform stability and performance. Access Governance * Configure and manage access certification campaigns. * Support role-based access models and entitlement governance. * Assist with role engineering, role maintenance, and access reviews. * Help improve access request and approval processes.
