## About the Role

* 1+ years of administrative, dispatching, call center, customer service, or operations support experience preferred.
 * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
 * Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
 * Experience with service management, dispatching, CRM, or ticketing systems is a plus.

## Description

* Schedule and dispatch field service technicians nationwide while maintaining real-time visibility of service activities.
 * Serve as the primary point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
 * Confirm service appointments and provide customers with accurate technician ETAs and status updates.
 * Create, update, monitor, and close Service Orders (SOs) and Return Authorizations (RAs).
 * Maintain accurate and complete service documentation to support operational tracking and invoicing processes.
 * Coordinate parts and logistics activities, including tracking shipments and confirming deliveries.
 * Ensure technicians receive the necessary materials and information required to complete service calls efficiently.
 * Manage inbound service calls, emails, and requests while prioritizing urgent issues appropriately.
 * Monitor schedules and proactively address potential delays or service disruptions.
 * Communicate updates clearly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service.

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday
