## Description

A Global Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that optimize processes, minimize manual work, and enhance operational efficiency across global IT and business functions. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, convert business requirements into technical solutions, and oversee governance and maintenance of automation platforms such as Power Platform, K2, DocuSign., * Design, build, and maintain automation workflows, RPA bots, and integrations across multiple business systems

 * Partner with business and IT teams to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
 * Analyze existing processes and document requirements, logic flows, and exception handling
 * Develop automations using low-code and RPA platforms
 * Test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions ensuring scalability and compliance with security standards
 * Monitor production automations for reliability, performance, and ROI
 * Maintain documentation and contribute to automation knowledge base
 * Support continuous improvement through innovation and adoption of emerging automation technologies
