## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
 * 5+ years of full stack development experience
 * Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java
 * Experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, SQL/Oracle and NoSQL databases, and Git-based source control
 * Strong front-end development experience using Angular, React, or similar frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design
 * Experience with DevOps & Automation including Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, Test Automation, and OpenShift / Kubernetes
 * Experience with Cloud & Architecture including Cloud-native Development, Containerization, API Security, Distributed Systems, and Event-driven Architecture
 * Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development
 * Understanding of secure application development principles
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desired skills:

 * Experience supporting large-scale consumer-facing digital platforms
 * Experience with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or Financial Services applications
 * Knowledge of API Gateway technologies and API lifecycle management
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
 * Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka
 * Experience with performance engineering and observability tools

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications supporting Online Banking and Mobile Web platforms
 * Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java-based technologies
 * Develop responsive and accessible web applications using modern front-end frameworks
 * Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
 * Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
 * Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
 * Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to improve software quality and reliability
 * Monitor application performance and proactively address scalability, resiliency, and availability concerns
 * Troubleshoot production issues and support releases across lower and production environments
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging AI-assisted development tools, DevOps practices, and automation
