You know how to look at data, form a point of view, and explain it clearly. You do not need to be the most senior person in the room, but you should be able to bring confidence, discernment, and thoughtful recommendations to the work. You'll thrive in this role if you have a strong grasp of SEO performance and content analytics, can identify patterns and insights without needing everything to be perfectly clean, and are comfortable supporting both day-to-day execution and higher-stakes client analysis. You can communicate technical or nuanced findings in plain language, and you enjoy cross-functional work and fast-moving environments. What You'll Bring * 3-5 years in SEO, organic growth, data science, or a related field. * Strong understanding of SEO and how content performs in publisher / earned media environments. * GEO / AI search familiarity. * Comfort working with performance data and drawing conclusions from it. * Ability to translate complex findings into clear, useful recommendations. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Good judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward problem-solving. * Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves * Experience with content distribution, digital PR, or earned media measurement. * Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. * Experience building dashboards, pulling insights from multiple sources, or using AI tools to accelerate analysis. * Startup or agency experience. ## Description The Earned Media Analyst helps connect SEO/GEO performance, content distribution signals, and client outcomes into clear strategic recommendations. This client-facing role is for someone who is both analytical and a translator: a person who can look at messy data, identify the strongest story, and communicate it clearly to internal teams and clients.
