 * Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
 * Experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar technologies to automate and streamline analytics
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Experience with Causal Inference and advanced statistical methodologies, * Experience supporting product-led organizations
 * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Passion for using data to influence product strategy and business outcomes

* Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights.
 * Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to measure product performance and customer behavior.
 * Build dashboards and reports using modern data visualization tools to monitor key business metrics.
 * Develop automated data analysis workflows using SQL, Python, and AI-powered productivity tools.
 * Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define KPIs and measure success.
 * Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
 * Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, and advanced analytical techniques to solve business challenges.
 * Continuously improve reporting, automation, and analytical processes.
