Preferred * 2-5 years of engineering or manufacturing experience (strong recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply). * Experience with mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, or rotating equipment. * SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience. * Manufacturing or machining experience. * CNC machining knowledge. * Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience. * ERP system experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Is * Self-motivated and eager to learn. * Hands-on and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Interested in growing into a senior engineering, applications, or technical sales role. ## Description Advanced Sealing Technology (AST) designs and manufactures high-performance mechanical seals for industrial pumps used throughout North America. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Manufacturing & Applications Engineer to support engineering, manufacturing, product development, and customer applications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving manufacturing processes, and working directly with customers and production personnel. You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and make a meaningful impact in a growing company.
